Photos and Description of the Majestic Sun vacation condo rental
1 Bedroom, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Our condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or a fun family vacation! Enjoy your morning coffee on our 5th floor balcony while watching beautiful sunrises and gazing out over the Gulf of Mexico. If you’re lucky you may even see dolphins out for a morning swim. We recently updated this one bedroom condo with new furniture and decor. It accommodates up to 6 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds tucked away in the hall, and a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our living room has a brand new plasma TV and blu-ray player and you’ll also enjoy free WI-Fi. The master bedroom has a new LCD TV, DVD player, and an iPod docking station (with the alarm clock).

While at the Majestic Sun, you can take advantage of onsite tennis courts, bike rentals, golf, fitness center, private beach and much more. Plenty of lounge chairs can be found around the multilevel indoor outdoor pool that boasts two hot tubs and a waterfall.

Guests staying at our condo also enjoy some exclusive perks. We offer free beach service March thru October (a $40/day value) and discounts to area dining and entertainment as well as golf discounts at Seascape and Emerald Bay. Be sure to ask for details.

The Destin/Miramar Beach area offers an array of activities close by that are sure to fit your needs including: a water park, miniature golf, arcades, deep sea fishing or dolphin cruises as well as plenty of shopping at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

About Jeanne Hartmann

We live in Massachusetts. We enjoy traveling and have stayed at several condos over the years with our family of 5. We recently visited Destin and absolutely loved the area. It reminded us of our trip to the Bahamas, so we wanted our own little piece of paradise. The white sand and emerald waters are breath taking, we can't wait to go visit again.

We have family who live in Destin. While we were visiting them, we found this area convenient to all that you'd want to do as a family or as a couple. We've been here with our 3 girls and without them. Both trips offered uniquely enjoyable experiences.

What makes this condo unique

This condo has a great view of the Gulf whether you are sitting on the patio, on the comfy sofa or chair, or in the kitchen. Believe it or not doing the dishes isn't such a bad chore when you have a great view to gaze out at.

Destin is located on the Panhandle of Florida and is a convenient get away for southerners and mid westerners alike. The Destin area is famous for its white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The white sand is quartz crystal from the Appalachian Mountains that has over time washed onto the Gulf shore. If you listen carefully while you walk you will hear the sand call to you. Come enjoy the Florida sunshine, swim in the warm waters of the Gulf, go deep sea fishing, go shopping at the outlets, watch the dolphins at play or just take a walk along the seashore, Destin is a great place to do it all.

My husband and I went over to Destin for a short R&R. The condo was beautiful and clean. The view from the balcony looking out was breath taking. The location provided access to everything we needed. The property was well-maintained. The staff on-site were most helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to return for a longer visit.

We had a wonderful time exploring the Gulf Coast. Your condo was our stagind place. The view from the balcony is breath taking. We were expecting the weather to be a "little" warmer - a little too cool (and windy) for the beach. How lucky for your to have a "place at the beach". It was a great place to stay for a week!

This is an excellent property and provided excellent value compared to the prices of hotels in the area. I strongly recommend this unit. It has a fantastic view, with a balcony that opens to the front and left side. You can watch the sun rise and set from this balcony. The unit is spacious--the bedroom has a king size bed. We were there over the Thanksgiving weekend 2012 and it served our needs perfectly. The condo has an indoor-outdoor pool and a decent gym. I will definitely plan to use this unit and VRBO again.
