The Northern New Mexico style of architecture is a two-story pitched roof style, allowing the snow to fall off the roof. The living room has that wonderful, two-story pitched ceiling with lots of windows providing wonderful light to this area. The wood-burning fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere when there is a touch of cold in the air. There is HDTV and French doors providing great views of those mountains that virtually surround the home. The door leads to the great portal.

Both bedroom and bath have views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. There is a large HDTV in this bedroom.
A separate entry hall houses the office with WIFI, a monitor, and printer ready for you to hook in your laptop.
The loft runs half the length of the home. It has those beautiful pitched ceilings and mountain views out every window. There is a double bed and small office space at one end, and a twin trundle at the other, which can be pulled out and set up side by side as a king if necessary. If you have a large group, there are several air mattresses w/ air pumps that can easily be put on the floor of the loft (1 queen and 2 twins). A separate bathroom serves loft guests with double sinks and a shower. Also, there is a fourth bathroom at the bottom of the stairs with a single sink and shower that would be convenient for overflow guests.
Relax in the long covered portal located across the back of the home (off MBR1, the kitchen, and living room) with large table and 5 chairs, perfect for meals outdoors. There is also cushioned lounge furniture (loveseat and 4 chairs), great for watching the gorgeous sunsets, or looking out into the starry night where there are no lights to interfere with your star gazing.
