Three large bedrooms, all new appliances including w/d and dishwasher, fully insulated and heated, air conditioner, large back yard, 1 minute walk to large, sandy beach; open concept kitchen/living room, tastefully furnished, wide pine floors, flat screen TV, tub and shower. Located on quiet dead-end street.

We have vacationed on the lake for 15 years, and in Colchester for 11 since the birth of our son. It is an ideal location for an active family looking for a vacation spot that lets you spend your time relaxing and having fun!

What makes this bungalow unique

The beach is sandy and safe. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. The bike path is 1/2 mile away. Nice backyard and plenty of amenities within.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $189/nt - 1700/wk
  • US Dollar
  • April and May $1000 per week
  • June through Labor Day $1700 per week
  • September and October $1200 per week.
  • We will consider less than a week during the off season
  • (April,May, September and October) at $189 per night (3 night minimum)
  • 50% due at time of reservation; 50% due 30 days before arrival
  • $300 deposit refundable if left clean and no damage
  • Vermont rooms and meals tax extra at 9%
