About Sue Larson
We live on St. Lawrence river in upstate New York and enjoy boating and fishing in the summer. But the winters there are unforgiving and we have spend many of our winter vacations in Florida, where the sunny warm weather and the numerous outdoor activities we truly love and enjoy. After trying out many different areas and communities, we decided Cape Coral would be the perfect place for us to spend our retirement years.
Sue Larson purchased this house in 2009
Why Sue Larson chose Cape Coral
We bought this home for its prime location. Situated in a quiet cul de sac of Palaco Grande, one of the best neighborhood in Cape Coral, the home is on an extra wide 200 ft. canal with expansive views and only one turn to the open water. We especially love the lanai and the pool, which features a natural stone pool deck and a beautiful mosiac dauphin on the bottom! Waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and sipping coffee by the pool bathed in the splash of morning rays are just heavenly! The pool is in the sun most of the day, but you will also have planty of shades if you prefer. This is a place to relax, and have fun!
What makes this house unique
Being close to everywhere and yet have the quiet and privacy of a nice home. Fishing is phenomenal off the dock! If you are lucky, you will also see dauphins, manatee and tarpons in the water!
