Comfortable and spacious home with bright, airy common areas, large bedrooms - in charming Vermont town of Landgrove between Peru & Londonderry. ADVANTAGE: 5 mins from gourmet supermarket, liquor store, pizza, restaurants, bank and medical center. SLEEPS 11-13.

Large en-suite master bedroom privately separated from the rest of the house. Queen bed, cathedral ceiling, French doors to pond. Marble bathroom, double sinks, tiled steam shower with bench.

Upstairs 3 more bedrooms. Queen with twin and full galley kitchen and dining area. Second queen with twin and extra pull out twin. Third with double twins. Also upstairs, home office area.

Downstairs large family room with TV/DVD, card table, comfy seating, pull out couch. Second seating area, ping pong table.

Separate dining room seats 12. Living room seats 15, with stone fireplace, TV/DVD with surround sound. Large kitchen with new appliances. Double fridge with ice maker, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, matching dishware, pots, pans. Eat at the counter.

Large mirrored hot tub room with separate sauna. Glass doors to sheltered woods.

3 full bathrooms. Over-sized washer/dryer. Linens included in plentiful supply. Large closets throughout the house. 2-car attached garage with space for ski and equipment storage.

This roomy and comfortable vacation home is located close to many places of historic interest in Manchester (Robert Todd Lincoln's house), Weston (Weston Priory, The Vermont Country Store, Weston Playhouse) as well as the White Mountains National Forest and Green Mountain Forest Preserve - great hiking, mountain biking, downhill and cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, outlet shopping, antiquing. Excellent dining within a very short distance at New American Grill and Johnny Seesaws.

Just what you would hope for in a Vermont house and more besides. Stunning location, with a sweeping garden, complete with a lovely pond and surrounded by woodland. Private, but without being remote, the house in ony a short drive from a small shopping park, with a great supermarket for your provisions.

The interior is luxurious, with quality furnishings and fittings in a modern, yet Arts and Crafts style. Lovely paintings and prints, with quality bed linen and a well equipped kitchen, with a good quality dinner service and cutlery.

A favourite leather armchair and footstool by a wood burning fire, together with a luxurious couch make the living room a place to get snug. There is a huge supply of logs for the fire.

The centre piece has to be the hot tub, with stunning garden views. The only way to start and end your Vermont holiday each day.

The house is ideally located for all the places you'd want to get to easily, Manchester, Bromley, ski areas, Londonderry, Chester, Weston and some top quality trout fishing, if you're that way inclined.

Good restaurants locally, Seesaw Jacks a must and Zoey's Double Hex in Manchester in you just fancy casual dining.

Your host Kate will ensure you'll have a great stay, professional, friendly, but never intrusive. Treat her home with the respect she deserve. By far the best rental house we have used in Canada and the US. We will be back...
