Look no further. This is the one you have been looking for. High end villa with golf course view from the living room, master bedroom and from the large pool area.

Our newly upgraded villa has it all. We have put in elegant furniture. The large screen TV's have Brighthouse programming. We have Wi-Fi in the house, so you can always go online, and the award winning Southern Dunes golf course is right outside the front door. It is a public golf course, so all can play. Additional golf courses are just short drives away, if you like new challenges.

Shopping and restaurants are a short walk or drive away with anything from Walmart, steakhouses, fastfood restaurants readily available.

Southern Dunes is of course a gated resort with manned security 24 hours of the days, so you can feel safe and relaxed during your stay.

The resort is just a short drive away from all the attractions of the Orlando area, but just enough of a distance away, so it is really quiet and peaceful.

I have always enjoyed vacationing in Florida, and I took up golf a couple of years ago, so Central Florida with the multitude of golf options are just perfect for me. I liked this home, because it had the golf course and also the shopping just outside the community gate. Perfect.

What makes this house unique

The view to the golf course and the curb appeal of the house. High ceilings and airy feeling. Lots of natural lights. It ticked all my boxes, so I had to have it.

The house is updated from end to end with new tiles, carpet, kitchen cabinets, appliances, painting, furniture, furnishings, you name it.

one week Disney Stay!!! CLEANEST HOME.

First I must say, I am OCD crazy clean freak. This home is amazing. Clean clean CLEAN is an understatnent. Everythig is brand new, bedding, furniture, floors, etc. No scratchy motel bedding here. Down comforters, high thread count sheets, calvin klein blankets, stainless steele appliances, everything is top notch. Pool is clean, jacuzzi is awesome. I am very blunt and honest and I have no complaints. If you are looking for a clean home this is it. We stayed myself, husband, and two kids and everyone loved it. Only 20min from disney, which was great to be away from the crowds at end of day. Walmart at basically at end of the street and its 24hrs...plenty of beach towels, blankets, pillows, etc. This home was pure peefection. You will NOT find a home half as clean and amazing as this for anywhere near this price

Our family including two teenage sons and grandma all enjoyed our stay at your vacation home! The beds were so comfortable and inviting after our long days at Legoland and Universal Studios! The location of the home is very convenient to necessities like groceries, gas, and local restaurants. We spent time outdoors walking through the neighborhood and enjoying the views of the golf course from the pool. All amenities are such high quality and obviously newly updated. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home.

My husband and I and my parents rented this house for a week. It was just as the pictures showed it to be. Everything was beautiful, extremely clean and new. We went out to play golf a couple of times (passed by our house on the way which is right on the course!) A quiet, enjoyable course. If ever in town again, I would definitely rent it again. The whole experience was seamless - 3 email communications with the management company, received our contract and instructions - and we showed up; that was it - a very simple process. We were so glad we decided to rent this home instead of staying at a hotel. Thank you.
