We are the original owners of this property. We have enjoyed the leisurely life-style that the Sun Lakes community affords. Sun Lakes is the perfect spot to escape the winter cold and snow and enjoy the sunshine and mild temperatures.

Sun Lakes is a Robson adult community where there are activities to suit all interests. We have particularly enjoyed the many golf course options, the unlimited sunshine and the convenient location to all that the Phoenix metro-plex has to offer.

What makes this house unique

When we met with the builder, purchased the property and then watched it being built, we knew it was a home that we would love and cherish. We fell in love with the Arizona Room which faces west. This gives relaxing views of the golfers coming up the 5th fairway, the lake with the spouting fountain, the mountain view and the exquisite sunsets in the evening. What a peaceful, serene location to enjoy.
