Local Library (2 mins) gives free internet access. Alternatively Wi Fi is available (via Dongle) at additional charge.

Help & Advice: Having visited Florida many times & now owning a home there, means that we can give you first hand help & advice - from simple directions to local amenities (eg Golf Courses) to helping arrange more complex activities.

Dinner with Mickey is a must for all guests (especially children !) we can help you make those special arrangements to achieve this and its right on your doorstep !

    All Rates are fully inclusive of all sales & rental taxes, linen, utilities and include the cost of one 'end of stay' clean. Additional housekeeping visits & grocery 'welcome packs' are available at additional charge.

    The pool is solar heated but we recommend additional gas heating during the winter ie November - February.
    Gas pool heating is available at an additional US$30 per day.

    Credit Card payments can be arranged through our US Management Company - Although they make an additional charge on a percentage basis dependant on type of card used.
  • Additional gas pool heating will raise the pool water temperature to a maximum of 82F, dependant on ambient outdoor conditions.
    This is the maximum allowable, given that the automatic chlorinator in the pool system increases soluable Chlorine levels as the water temperature rises (so as to prevent the growth of bacteria in warmer waters).
    Levels required at temps above 82F can cause stinging of eyes and skin irritation, hence are not permitted for health & safety reasons.
