Enjoy the dry tropical forest of the northern pacific coast of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Here you will be able to enjoy wildlife, white sand beaches, 18 hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr and spectacular sunsets.

This spacious suite with imported American and European appointments is one of only four of the T. Michael Design features in all of Costa Rica. With its grand French doors leading out to an open patio with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Islands, and the infinity pool, you can't resist walking around the gardens and taking a dip in the pool as you watch the most amazing sunsets of your life. Stainless steel appliances, luxury linens and flat screen tvs make your spacious suite my relaxing.

Hire a local chef to prepare your meals! Better yet, have him cook your fresh catch of the day where the fishing is outstanding in the Flamingo and Tamirindo areas.

If you want local fare, try the nearby towns of Brassilito and Protrero for typical Tico treats. Try the rock lobsters and shrimp caught just off the beach! You can always enjoy the many restaurants located on the property as well.

There are wonderful beach activities as well as cultural tours, wildlife watching and surfing. This is a great destination for Ecotourism, fishing, hiking along active volcanoes and a wonderful place to learn Spanish.

We are a family of 5 who love to travel the world! We found this diamond in the rough on a trip in the early 2000's while searching for a safe place to learn Spanish.

What an amazing resort in a beautiful country. Our kids love it here and enjoy their summers practicing the language, swimming and hiking.

You will truly enjoy your stay in our Costa Rican home!

The resort is first class all the way!

FYI:

Many of our friends escape their 'normal routine' here in this very unit, often leaving the children with the grandparents. It is a great honeymoon spot as well!

What makes this condo unique

Friendly and helpful staff! Local flare and flavor. You must rent the ATVs and ride on the beaches and across the streams through the rainforest to take the canopy tours. Just head down to the beach and sign up!

Try the restaurants on property or the bars in Brasilito and Flamingo.

Sneak out one night and head up to the top of Flaming to a 5 Diamond french restaurant for drinks.

Make sure you keep your eyes peeled while enjoying your walks around the resort. There are many monkeys, iguanas, and acoutis!

Don't forget to take a peek at Central America's largest swimming pool next to the beach on your way to the hotel casino!

Additional information about rental rates

We require that 50% of the rate total amount be provided upon activation of the contract via personal check and the remaining 50% is due 1 month before the arrival date. If the arrival date is before the 1 month duration between the signing of the contract, the full 100% is due immediately.
Fees And Taxes In addition to the rate, a $500 credit card reserve deposit is required for damage/ security. (We will not run your cc for this amount, but only have a pre-authorization for any damage, etc. to the unit.)

Special Seasonal rates will vary from standard rates (ie: Easter/Christmas/New Year’s Weeks)
All dates and seasons subject to calendar change. Holiday and special events trump standard rates.
Manager and Owners will do their best to keep up with the high demand for this unit.
All guests must be listed on the Rental agreement to gain access to the resort property. All local and property rules and laws apply. A fine of $100 will be levied by the owner or agent per infraction.

I wanted to send you a quick email about our trip down to Costa Rica. Shelia and I had a great time at the condo and the resort was truly spectacular. You do have a special place down there. We had one of our most memorable New Year’s Eves, ever. The staff was friendly, especially Mario at the Beach Club. Those mango margaritas are fantastic plus I have never seen so many iguanas in my life. Melissa was outstanding! She helped make our stay be worry-free. We had a great vacation and wanted to thank you for the hospitality.

My wife and I escaped to Costa Rica for the Holidays and had a wonderful time. The unit was beautiful and the everyone at resort was very very nice.
We have told our friends back home and are planing on going down next time with a few couples for some fishing and canopy tours. Thank you.
