Why come to Maui and not look at the ocean from your unit? This one bedroom condo in the G building (G-104) is your paradise! Over 20' wide living room, 1039 sq. ft. 2 baths, large master bedroom with a new king bedroom set. The spacious living/dining/kitchen area includes an adjustable large flat screen TV (you could even watch it from the lanai), a queen daybed (new mattress in 2012), ceiling fans, and desk (free internet and a printer). The master bedroom is also quite spacious with another flat screen TV and DVD player, and a courtyard for relaxing, hanging wet clothes, storing toys, etc. We just added two bicycles and a one man kayak for you to use while we were there in March 2014.
Watch the sun set and the whales jump while you dine from our tiled lanai. If the sun is too bright, close the electric awning.
Maui Kamaole is between Wailea and Kihei, beaches and snorkeling are a short stroll down the hill. The complex has 2 swimming pools (one with a waterfall), hot tubs, and tennis courts. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need, and the stackable washer and dryer work great. Ceiling fans and air conditioning will help everyone feel comfortable.

My husband and I live in the mountains of Colorado, and spend time in Jackson, WY with our little granddaughter but we also love the sea. Larry is a general contractor and retired, and I still sell real estate and manage other rentals in Ouray, Colorado. I can think of nothing better than enjoying the warm ocean waters of Maui.

We looked for 4 years to find our perfect place in the islands and believe this is it! Larry needs to keep busy, so we will continue to remodel and upgrade the condo each time we visit. I know you'll love our place too.
In addition to the ocean views, we found this low rise complex blends beautifully with the wonderfully landscaped grounds and fits our laid back lifestyle while we are on Maui. Being close to great swimming beaches and snorkeling with the turtles, restaurants, and shopping are also an important part of our choosing this condo.
Whether you want to stay in and cook or try out some of the restaurants in the area, this is the place to be. The kitchen is well stocked and even came with a few condiments which we appreciated. The few from the lanai is spectacular and we were entertained by the whales we could easily see. It is also very private. All items you could want for the beach or biking are available. We would recommend trying a snorkeling or whale watching trip that leaves from the Kihei boat launch across the street. Particularly recommend Redline Tours. Alice was a pleasure to deal with. We will be back!
My wife and i just returned from a month in Maui at this unit. Being frequent Maui visitors we have tried several units in this complex as well as other complexes and this unit was right at the top of our list. We had a fantastic stay and the condo was everything we could have hoped for. Close to the beaches and the most incredible views. I would recommend this unit to anyone and Alice was a pleasure to deal with. On the downside we did find the bed a bit hard after a couple of weeks and the neighbor's above could be somewhat noisy but all in all would definitely stay here again.
This condo was perfect for us. It is even better than it looks on the listing! We've been to Maui several times and this was absolutely the best place we've stayed. Super quiet, very clean and comfortable with a wonderful bed and lovely furniture. The breeze through the condo meant we never used the a/c. Kitchen was extra well equipped and there was plenty of beach gear. It was so easy to walk across the street, either to Kam3 beach or through the boat launch and down toward Wailea, and also a short walk to shopping and restaurants. 10 nights wasn't enough...we can hardly wait to go back for a month next time!
The view is amazing. We were delighted to have a condo where we could cook and stretch out. There is plenty of room and the décor is beautiful. Everything you could want, beach gear, bicycles, kitchen with everything you need, comfortable bed etc etc. The owners are wonderful to deal with. They kept in touch with us from beginning to after our stay. If you want a great place to stay in a beautiful area this is the place to be.
This unit had all the basics in a relaxing vacation condo. Besides being very clean, it had a nice ocean view, the place was bright, the ground floor landscaping brought the outdoors in, and beach access was an easy walk across the highway. As an added bonus, the "V.I.P." parking space is by the front door. You'll be thankful for the convenience, as well as the lack of car door dents--your car would be parked between a walkway and a parking curb. I'd highly recommend this place and would rent it again when we return to Kihei.
The unit is in a great location and plenty large. There is plenty of equipment provided to keep you busy biking, kayaking, beach fun etc. The ocean view is lovely. The owners have made certain that the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utinsels and condiment. The carpets need to be cleaned and or replace as there is a lot of spots and soiled areas. A good location, with a great view.
Kihei is the driest, least windy part of the island. Always nice weather. It also has some of the best, easily accessible snorkeling right down the hill from our unit, and the beaches are great for children, swimmers, boogie boards (sometimes - usually small waves) kayakers, paddle boarders. The irrigation water brought over from the other side of the island keeps everything beautiful and tropical. Just 1/4 - 2 miles from our complex are many restaurants, shopping, ice cream, shave ice, and grocery stores. Golf is 1/2 mile away in the high end Wailea area.
