Photos and Description of the Palm Springs vacation house rental
House, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8)

Four bedroom, three bath, private heated pool/spa. Approximately 1 mile walk to uptown/downtown area. Cable and wifi Internet provided. This is an extremely clean house maintained by the very friendly owners that live two blocks away. We hope that you will stay with us!

Minimum stay two nights during the week, three nights on weekends. Special dates/events/weekends require longer stays. Inquire.

**We only take reservations of 5+ days if your arrival is more than 60 days from now.**

The backyard is completely private for sunbathing or whatever... The pool is very large with an attached spa that is one corner of the pool. There is an outside veranda on the back of the house that runs the entire length of the pool to provide shade for those wanting an escape from the sun.

Two of the bathrooms have a walk-in shower, no tub. The third bathroom has a standard tub/shower. This is the jack-and-jill bathroom between bedrooms 3 and 4. Bedrooms 1 (master, king), 2 (queen) and 4 (queen) have direct exterior privacy access to the pool and spa. Bedroom 3 (queen) is off the dining room and you have access to the pool via the dining/kitchen slider. There is a TV in the living room and bedrooms #1,2 and 4.

The sheets are 100% cotton and professionally washed and pressed.

The garage is not available for your use. Four cars can park in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking.

Best Palm Springs rental!!

So much to say about this beautiful rental home in Palm Springs. It has amazing VIEWS to wake up to every morning. Centrally located with in Palm Springs and just a short walk to the lovely dog & people friendly Ruth Park. This house has every thing with great bathroom, large size bedroom and more closet space then anyone could imagine. The house heats up well and stays cool when hot. The Backyard is fabulous with ample loungers and a wonderful spa/pool. This is a must "stay at", must "rent" home. Don't miss out! The owners Brian and Jamie are wonderful owners and make you feel its your home by provide everything you need or ask for.

Affordable, Spacious, Great Find and Cool Space

A group of six friends has an annual get together in Palms Springs. This year it fell on Pride Weekend. Hotels and rentals were not available. We happened upon this gem which housed all of us comfortably. First of all, I thank the owners for their foresight. It has all the amenities of home with the cool factors of a modern space. It is equipped with a pool and Jacuzzi. I hope it is it is available next year for the annual trip. The owners considered every option to accommodate guests including dishes, bedding, towels, toiletries, pillows, etc. I have personally travelled all over the world but was pleasantly surprised to find such a lovely space with charm and class.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful house with everything you need

We rented this house for Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. The owners were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was terrific with a pool, hot tub, grill, large and well-stocked kitchen, etc. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants in town as well as to the tennis courts nearby. It made for a really nice weekend and we would definitely do it again.
