The flat, recently restored, strategically located for visiting the town and its art, is few steps from the main Church and The Old Svevo Castle. The apartment includes a living room, independent kitchen, a loft where you can find the bedroom, bathroom and a dressing room. About a surface area of 60 square meters. The apartment is completely equipped for a comfortable stay: Cooking stove, Hot plate, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Fridge freezer, Coffee maker, Toaster, Kettle, Shower, Board games, Books, Shoe and boot lockers, Iron, Ironing board, Hairdryer, Vacuum cleaner, Stereo, Communal TV room, VCR, DVD player. The flat can accommodate up to 4 persons, 2 are ideal.

Bari is conected to many italian cities and countries through its airport, port and train station. The Central Station, the port and the shuttle for the airport can be reached easily on foot from the apartment. It is not necessary the use of a car, in fact the apartment is located close to all areas of interest, both historical (fews walks from the main Church and The Old Svevo Castle) and commercial (via Sparano). The apartment is located in a neighborhood full of pubs and restaurants. Easy to reach the beach sand, ideal for children.
