Newly remodeled, this property is very close to one of the most famous surf spots in all of California, San Onofre / Trestles Beach. In fact it is walking distance to 'Trestles' trail at the very south end of San Clemente. If you are visiting Camp Pendleton Marine Base this is probably just about as close as your going to get without staying on base.

This property is really cool in so many different ways. First of all it has been totally remodeled. Secondly it has a very clean but warm dark wood modern style along with a large open floor plan and wood floors throughout. Finally it has a roof top deck that not only has a view but everything you need to hang out, dine, BBQ and more.

If you like to cook (or wish you could) a large gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops and all new appliances is ready for your culinary abilities or late night snack attacks.

The spacious living room has a large sectional sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player and cable television. A double sided fireplace is shared with the living room and six person kitchen dining area.

Since going to the beach is what you do in San Clemente a large front loading washer and dryer is ready for all your beach towels and attire.

There are 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a new queen mattress and bed, dark furniture, flat screen television and private bathroom. The Second bedroom has a large bunk bed with a twin and full mattress. The third bedroom has a queen mattress and bed. A beautiful modern bathroom in the hall serves the second and third bedrooms.

Need parking? Included is a 2 Car garage and plenty of in-front-of-the-building parking.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property which has become a family favorite! Our boys frequently talk about this vacation and can't wait to go back. They were so excited about the walk to the beach (which has perfect sand!) and everyone slept like logs! The locals were friendly in pointing us in the right direction. Next time we would love to adventure on the bike trails!

The photos are spot on and totally reflect the appearance and amenities of this gorgeous property. The property was very clean and well-maintained, it felt very new. The owner was very responsive and eager to please. Great location! Just a quick drive down to the beach or to Del Mar for some great shopping and amazing restaurants (Nick’s was my personal favorite)! It was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my girlfriends, very relaxing. I would and have recommended this property to others!! Can’t wait to go back!!!
