The brand-new Villa Hemingway built in 2006 with its boat “Ernest” Searay 220 fulfils every wish. The 2 storey house with a living area of 340 m² is located in the southwest of Cape Coral, directly at the 8 lakes, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The oversized pool area in direction towards south with a tropical outdoor bar, a solar and electric heated pool with spa and the large boat dock with lift and Tiki hut are perfect for friends of the Caribbean with special taste. The extraordinary furniture with Italian floors as well as granite countertops satisfies also the highest demands. The Villa Hemingway is a jewel in southwest Florida, because no wish will be left open. The balcony is equipped with beautiful basket-furniture. The view from here onto the pool area and the 8 lakes is overwhelming.

Very quiet living area. Restaurants and shopping facilities in immediate proximity. Several shops 24 hours open. In Fort Myers is a multitude of outlets and shopping-mall provided. Excursions to Sannibel and Estero are ventured. Driving time 25 minutes. Furthermore excursions to Naples, Captiva, Miami, Orlando and Clearwater are profitable. The excellent steak houses, outback and the terrific fish localities, e.g. you have to experience Fish-bone and Rum Runners. Also the health care is in immediate proximity (doctors plus hospitals). German speaking vacation guide on side available.

  • On request you can rent also the Havanna suite on the 1st floor for a surcharge of $ 300.00 per week, if you are more people, but you cannot only rent the Havanna suite. The suite-own balcony is equipped with beautiful basket-furniture. A flat rate price for electricity is included in the price (US $ 21.00 per week). If there is a heightened consumption it will be charged afterwards. Further Florida-tax accrues as well as the fee for the final cleaning. This price obtains 4 persons. Otherwise we charge $ 80.00 per person and per week.
  • Also you can additionally rent our boat Searay 220 for US $ 990.00 per week on former arrangement.

Because of the brilliant location of the house at the 8 lakes you can directly enter into the boat from the villa over a convenient lift and you are nearby the water street into the Gulf of Mexico. Excursions to Sannibel, Captiva, Cabage Key and so on are the pure recreation. In the Gulf of Mexico you almost can do water sports year-round. Temperatures under 25° are a rarity. In the summer months you can enjoy the water temperatures about 34°. Offers at the beach of Fort Myers: jet-ski, parasailing, banana-riding and sailing.

Golf: A multitude of golf courses are in immediate proximity available. In Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Naples you are in a golfer’s paradise.
