Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6)

The property offers a superb location in a gated community close to everything you want.

The home offers almost 1850 sq ft of luxury living area. The first floor features a large well equipped kitchen that has all modern appliances inc glass top range, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is an eat in area nicely fitted with a pub style table & chairs. There is additional/optional eating space at the breakfast bar.

The Great Room is spacious and well furnished featuring a stylish sectional sofa c/w matching chairs and tables. The Entertainment center features a large flat screen television and DVD player.

The Great Room gives access to the covered lanai that is private and offers views of the Rolling Greens golf course.

There is also a convenient powder room on the first level.

The 2nd story features all 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is very spacious and offers a Queen size poster bed with matching dresser & nightstands. There is a large walk in closet. The Master bathroom en suite has dual vanities, W/C and walk in shower.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 offer a full size bed and 2 x twins with matching furniture respectively.

The 2nd bathroom has vanity, w/c and combo tub/shower.

The utility room is also on the 2nd story.

The one car garage is available but in reality only suitable for smaller vehicles.

A short walk away and you will find the community pool and spa.

The home is perfectly situated to provide you with a base for the perfect vacation. Less than 10 minutes drive from beautiful Downtown Sarasota / Sarasota Bay. Here you will find an array of unique boutique shops and restaurants. It is also the tagged 'cultural capital of the south' offering numerous theatres, museums and art galleries.

Five minutes further and you have a choice of exploring the magnificent St Armand's Circle area or Siesta Key, voted Number 1 beach in USA.

The home is also close to the University Parkway corridor which in recent years has seen an explosion of major retail outlets. Countless stores and restaurants to choose from.

Sarasota International is also just 5 minutes away (not on flight path). Tampa International easily reached within an hour.

Further afield. Busch Gardens can be reached in aprox 1 hour and the Disney Parks aprox 90 mins.
