It is the best location in the complex. Each window gives an Oasis like view palm trees, greenbelt, pool, and clubhouse. The pool, clubhouse and workout facility are just a 70 foot walk right off the patio. Easy freeway access (101, 10)

We chose this condo after looking at approximately 30 units in 2008. We have never regret this decision. Location, location, location. You are minutes from everything: Chandler mall, restaurants galore, golf, movies, ASU, and two of Arizona main freeways.

What makes this condo unique

This condo features a resort like view out of every window!! Main reason this unit was purchased was the oasis like feel which includes palm trees, green belt, pool and clubhouse(with workout facility) and picturesque architecture. Everything is right at your finger tips. There is no need to drive to pool, hot tub or workout area. Just sit back, relax and enjoy!
