House, 3 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 2 Baths (Sleeps 5-6)

This 3BR/2b/1-car pool home is ready for visitors. The spacious living area with raised ceiling includes a fireplace. There are ceiling fans throughout. The open plan invites you from living to dining to family room with double sliding glass doors to the covered outdoor patio and pool with a lighted BBQ and eating area.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen Tommy Bahama poster bed, dresser and two side tables with bed side lights. A private bath with shower is adjacent.

The split plan offers two additional bedrooms and a second bath with tub. One bedroom sleeps two with a queen bed, side table and chest of drawers. The third bedroom is setup for computer use with wireless router, computer desk and executive chair. A futon sofa can sleep additional guests if needed.

The kitchen is like new with everything needed to cook and enjoy Florida living.

The pool sparkles with a state-of-the-art diatamaceous earth filter and an automatic cleaner. Pool service is every wednesday and regular yard service is provided.

You can relax in the backyard surrounded by coconuts, bananas, mexican limes, hibiscus, sabal palms and honeysuckle vines. Can you say Margarita? This is the place.

From the house in three directions are public beach parks. South Beach park, Kimberly Bergalis and Jaycee river front park with boat ramp. Something for everyone.

About Ron Poppell

As a native Floridian, I have been on or near the beach for my entire life. My wife and I have a home in Costa Rica (#144275) and as a retiree, I can make my FL home available for seasonal renters.

I came to Fort Pierce when I landed a job at the nuclear plant 8 miles away from the house. Fort Pierce Beach has proven to be a hidden jewel without all the development that has made South FL, St Petersburg and other locations so costly and crowded.

What makes this house unique

Fort Pierce South Beach is enjoying an end-to-end refurbishment with federal funds that have been used to give us a completely new A1A. This includes miles and miles of new extra-wide side-walks, new street lights and landscaping with King Plams. Fantastic. All the parks are like new and the jetty is ready for fishing.

Nice and quiet

Simple, quiet and conveniently located, close to a wonderful beach with a multitude of free beach access points within easy walking or driving. Home was bright and roomy and had everything we needed. The private back lawn was a restful place in the afternoon sun, complete with coconut and banana trees. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely return. The island is a great place to ride bicycles (we brought our own).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
