I have owned this home for over 12 years and lived in it for approximately 7 of those years. When I purchased it I completely gutted the house and renovated down to the studs.
Sausalito is really a suburb of San Francisco as my house is 10-12 minutes over the Golden Gate Bridge to the heart of San Francisco. You can also go north and be in the wine country in about 30-40 minutes.
Very private home with windows everywhere and fabulous views.
