Beautiful 2,300 square foot town home with a distinctive Bavarian feel. Located in the gated Forest CC community, the town home has three bedrooms (one on main floor and two on second floor) with three full bathrooms. The unit contains a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, a large sun room, large combined formal dining and living room. There is a full-length lanai on each floor overlooking the golf course and pond with fountain. The unit sleeps 4-6 comfortably and also includes a fold-out couch and folding bed raising sleeping capacity to 6-8. The unit is located right next to the newly-renovated community pool and is less than one mile from the Forest CC clubhouse.

The Forest CC is a private and gated golf community with two 18 hole, championship golf courses, a large tennis center and a mixture of private homes and condominiums conveniently located just 11 miles (15 minutes) from the Ft. Myers airport (RSW). The community has sidewalks and quiet streets for peaceful walking and bike riding. We purchased the unit because we are avid tennis players and golfers. The Tennis Center has 6 hard-tru courts and world-class instructors. The Forest CC has two, 18 hole championship golf courses less located than 1 mile from the unit and many fine public golf courses within a 30 mile radius. Additionally, unit is located less than 15 miles from beautiful beaches and Sanibel Island.

What makes this townhome unique

The unit has old-world charm with beautiful pond and golf course views from the two large launis. The newly renovated community pool is located right next to the unit and there are over 5 miles of quiet sidewalks and roads for walking and bike riding. Two bicycles are provided to renters at no additional charge.
