We love real estate that has historical charm and character. We were found of the Art Deco district architecture and that why we decided to invest in Miami Beach.
Once we arrive in Miami Beach, from Paris, we usually have jet lag, and we wake up very early, so we go to Lummus park on the beach , we stop by the Star Buck to take a coffee and we enjoy the sunrise . Then we walk along the beach for hours, and then stop for breakfast.

Miami represents a dream , sun and beaches , lights and colours , the Latin American culture, art-deco architecture , music and movies ( Scarface , Miami vice, Miami CSI..) .
But in fact it is concentrated in Miami Beach, the Saint-Tropez of USA, so it is a very nice location to buy a flat or to spend vacations.
At 25mm from the international airport of Miami, SOBE (south beach) is a fantastic place to live. In the heart of Miami Beach and the Art Deco district , our flat is just at the corner of the 15th street and Washington , 2 blocks to the Beach, Lincoln road mall, Ocean drive, Espanola way and not far to Convention Center, you wont have to rent a car .
From Washington you can shop yours groceries, find nice and cheap restaurants, catch all kinds of Tours (City tours , Everglades tours, Keys West tours …) , find Taxis , Bus, and Bikes (Decobike station). This is a very convenient location.
There are plenty of small groceries stores, just cross the street where you can find all you need for cooking, drinking, and even catering.
You can find all kinds of delicious foods to take away: Sushi, Pizza, Burgers at a very reasonable price.
There is a internet café hold by charming Italian people, our neighbor where you can buy tours, rent a car for the day or more, have some Italian food or just a Cappuccino and croissant.
There is a Decobike station where you can rent a bike at any time in front of the building to make long ride.
And from Washington you can catch a bus to :
- Miami city center and from there metro to Coconut Grove or Coral Gable
- Aventura mall ( one of the nicest shopping center )
- The shuttle for the airport
