The great room, with the dining and living areas, has wonderful views and a large comfortable pull-out couch.
Everything is on one level, including the deck.
There is no worry about losing keys with the keyless electronic entry, set to your code.
The view includes white water and Morro Rock and extends from Montana de Oro to Cayucos, 180 degrees unobstructed.
Whatever you might need, you'll find in our well appointed kitchen.
We also have a selection of books, games, puzzles, DVDs and satellite TV. Gas barbecue and table and chairs are on the west facing deck where you can see the most astounding sunsets.
We both grew up in Southern California and love to juggle and sail. After graduating from Cal Poly, SLO, we stayed in the area, opening a small occupational therapy clinic.
Currently, we live in the downstairs unit of this vacation rental when we are not travelling. We often travel, teaching classes in our professions. Our leisure is usually also taken up with international travel, attending juggling festivals around the world.

With such a great view from just about every room, this is one of the nicest homes in Morro Bay. We like being close to San Luis Obispo for the world famous Thursday night Farmers Market, shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities.
Our property is very easy to get to with just 2 turns off Highway 1. Morro Bay has year 'round temperate weather and is an outdoor enthusiast's heaven. From the Bird Festival in January, to the Parade of Lights in December, as well as car shows, an Avocado Festival and Harbor Festival, there are many wonderful local events to enjoy.
It's only about half a mile to the beach, and six restaurants, a grocery store and a coffee shop are within easy walking distance.
For a restful and fun vacation you'll appreciate the quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks from Del Mar Park, an excellent family park with tennis courts.
Cal Poly State University San Luis Obispo is only 14 miles down the highway. It's also an easy drive to Hearst Castle.
Dozens of vineyards and olive farms are within 30 miles. Local attractions include whale watching, kayaking and Sub Sea Tours.
