Three level A-Frame Chalet is situated just off Route 9 and is only 1.5 hours from Bradley Airport in Hartford. The house is available for year-round long or short term rental. Ideal location- the home is 15 miles from Mount Snow and just minutes to downtown Wilmington for restaurants, galleries, shopping, antiquing. Near Lake Raponda with picnic area, beach area, sailing, canoeing, fishing, ice skating.

The open floor plan is great for entertaining and family gatherings. The large country kitchen is perfect for family meals and game playing. Views of a beaver pond and private woods. Wrap around deck to enjoy the outdoors during summer and fall foliage season. This large family style home is a great place to share quality family time and enjoy all that Vermont has to offer!

Located just off Rt. 9, in Marlboro, VT. Just 25 minutes from Mount Snow and 5 minutes from the famous Marlboro Music Festival. The house is located on 46 beautiful acres which include a beaver pond and lovely secluded waterfall. Hike, bike, wander the woods and just get away from it all. Wilmington is just 15 minutes away to the west and Brattleboro is 15 minutes to the east. Enjoy local farmers markets and leaf peeping in the fall as well as charming restaurants and wonderful views. Manchester is a lovely day trip to shop the outlets or to add variety to your ski menu with a visit to Stratton Mountain. Enjoy winter sleigh rides at Adams Farms in Dover. There is something for everyone in the beautiful Deerfield Valley.
