Welcome to our luxury villa situated on the beautiful, well kept community of Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee, close to Disney, Sea World and with easy access to all of the other theme parks and shopping that Orlando has to offer. We can guarantee that once you have stayed here and enjoyed the privacy and comfort we have to offer, with your own private pool, you will never consider hotel accommodation again!

The villa has been redecorated to a high standard, and tastefully furnished. It is spacious and well equipped. The dining area has seating for eight persons, with additional seating for four in the kitchen breakfast area, for those less formal occasions. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all amenities provided.

The lounge area, with new sofas, can comfortably seat eight persons, and has cable TV with a Home Theatre system.

The fully screened pool deck has two loungers and a patio table and chairs, ideal for relaxing on those long hot evenings, or if you are just feeling “parked out” and it’s great for the kids! There is also a gas barbecue for some al fresco cooking and dining!

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, and it’s own private bathroom and walk in closet, and features a large TV with cable channels. The queen guest bedroom also has cable TV.

The remaining two bedrooms each have twin beds and cable TV and all three guest bedrooms share the use of a further bathroom.

Me and my family stayed at tis home for 16 days and had a great time staying at this home it was so comfortable, everything looked so new, full fenced back yard so you felt that you had privacy,nice quiet subdivision and so close to everything.If you rent this home you will be happy.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We enjoy our stay here. The place is very nice and clean with the new flooring. The location is close to everything. We will stay here again.

Happy and peaceful days we had in this house in Orlando.
The house was impeccable, everything very clean and organized.
