You can't get any closer to the Notre Dame campus than this well appointed upscale townhome. Inlcudes outdoor deck with gas grille and parking for 4 vehicles. Enjoy your Notre Dame football or event weekend without ever having to drive. Furnished with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 full, as well two twin mattresses and pull out sofa. Flat screen tv, fireplace, beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances.

This townhome is adjacent to the Notre Dame athletic facilities off Twyckenham. Convenient to ND Stadium, ACC, the entire ND campus, and Eddy Street Commons.

We are both ND Alums and bought this beautiful townhome to enjoy both now and in the future. We live in Texas and don't get to South Bend as often as we would like. So we are glad and lucky for you to consider sharing our home with us. I guess we are an ND family, with 1 nephew currently attending, and 6 members of our family who have attended Notre Dame.
