We just spent two wonderful weeks at this condo. It is exactly as described in the ad. It is wonderfully decorated in desert tones. We loved having breakfast on the balcony; we even saw a bobcat one day. It was very quiet, but very close to shopping and attractions. We enjoyed our daily walk around the park/fountain; and spent most early afternoons at the pool. We found it very easy to get around in the Phoenix area with a GPS. We took in a baseball game and a car show at West World. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach. He contacted us a couple of times at the condo to ensure everything was working well for us. I would definitely recommend this condo for two people. Only downside is the stairs to the 2nd level, no problem for us but you do have to get your luggage up and down; also groceries, garbage etc.
