Restored farmhouse, nice position, sea view, sandy beaches at 12km

Rustico 'Bello': restored farmhouse with private pool and parking inside the property. It's situated in a peaceful location in the hills above Versilia (100 m. above sea level) with nice views over the plain and the sea. Lovely walks can be taken in the nearby hills. External paved space with table and chairs. Sun terrace furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs and raised swimming pool (5,40 x 2.70 m, depth 1,05 m, 01.05-30.09) for exclusive use of guests.

1st floor (external staircase) : entrance/dining room. w/ fireplace, TV, WI-FI, kitchen w/ oven and freezer, living room.

2nd floor (internal staircase) : 2 double bedrooms, single bedroom, bathroom w/ bath. Good furnishings.

It's a perfect place to relax, enjoy the sun at the pool in a wonderful setting, to visit different places and to take a stroll after dinner for a good 'gelato'.

NB:we offer private beach access at a very reasonable price, too, please enquire!
