Located in the center of town, The Farmhouse offers an upstairs loft bedroom with 2 queen beds, powder room, and balcony. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds and a trundle, a large bath featuring both a shower and claw foot tub, a kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, and a laundry room for your use.

The restored Paradise Theater offers movies and live shows. There are 12 restaurants in town ranging from French or Mexican to pizza. Local wineries offer wine tasting, tours, and delicious organic fruit, honeys, and jams.

Paonia is home to an eclectic array of painters, potters, glassblowers, and woodworkers. You'll even find a bronze art foundry. Many artists have works on display and for sale in town.

Charming farm house !!

What an amazing home to stay in, complete attention to detail in the restoration. So charming and such a warm and comfortable feeling in the home. The pictures are accurate but to do not do justice to the property, so much more detail and things to see and notice in person. There was juice in the fridge and even chocolate chip cookies waiting for our family !! We stayed for 4 nights and found it hard to leave when we did. The home owner / hosts are so attentive and accommodating, ( they went the extra mile to make ready the patio furniture) which we enjoyed several times for meals and relaxing with friends and family. We really enjoyed the conversations that we had the owners. My wife grew up on property just outside of town and we had always stayed at the family property. This time however we chose to stay in "town", it was a choice we will certainly make again. You are within walking distance to grocery and other shopping, restaurants and the movie theater. We would recommend this property to anyone planning on staying in Paonia. We look forward to returning soon.

This house is comfortable and comfortably sleeps 7 people. Bed are heavenly and pillows comfy too. The only thing this house needs is a big comfy couch in the living room so everyone can sit around comfortably.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
