Rustic home located on three acres of mature forest with mountain views, and Big Wood river access steps away. It is not a typical rental home, a private residence for 27 years with lots of charm and privacy.

About Trinita Annys Dye

I am an artist and writer and have lived in this home for 27 years. With my son is in college I am wintering with family in Mexico. I would like to share my home with a family who appreciates the unique beauty of the Sun Valley area.

Why Trinita Annys Dye chose Hailey

I moved to Sun Valley from the city and this home managed to be completely in the wilderness and yet close to town. I moved my horses dogs and family here and never looked back.

What makes this house unique

The property is totally private, not only does the house sit on three acres, but there are 35 acres of mountain views and forest behind it. It is absolute serenity, and wildlife often makes it's appearance.
