Newly remodeled, this property is very close to one of the most famous surf spots in all of California, San Onofre / Trestles Beach. In fact it is walking distance to 'Trestles' trail at the very south end of San Clemente. If you are visiting Camp Pendleton Marine Base this is probably just about as close as your going to get without staying on base.

This property has a large open floor plan with wood floors, carpet and tile throughout. If you like to cook (or wish you could) a large gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops and all new appliances is ready for your culinary abilities or late night snack attacks.

The spacious living room has a large sectional sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player and cable television. A double sided fireplace is shared with the living room and six person kitchen close dining area.

Double French doors open up to a generous patio with Barbecue and another table with seating for six.

Since going to the beach is what you do in San Clemente a large front loading washer and dryer is ready for all your beach towels and attire.

There are 3 Bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The downstairs bedroom features a new queen mattress and bed, dark furniture and flat screen television. The first upstairs bedroom is carpeted, has a large staggered bunk bed, private bathroom and television. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen mattress and bed, private bathroom and television as well.

Need parking? Included is a 2 Car garage and plenty of in-front-of-the-building parking.
