Apartment Louis is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on a beachfront private gated domain, just 3kms from the centre of Cannes. A very desirable apartment with shared pool and private parking. Master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with doors leading on to the balcony with sea views. Second bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite shower room. Seperate WC. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven and fridge/freezer. The lounge/dining room is furnished to a very high standard and also leads on to the balcony. TV, DVD player and ipod docking station provided for your enjoyment. The apartment is climate controlled with both air-conditioning and heating. The superb balcony has a dining table and chairs for you to enjoy al fresco dining.
