Master Bedroom with en-suite also has 50' HDTV & Blu-Ray player. 9'X13' Laundry room with washer & dryer, pantry, & 60 bottle wine frig. has direct access to 1-car garage. Rear patio on golf course with table and chairs to seat 10. Gas BBQ. Totally private front yard with salt water pool and spa. 2 fountains. Brand new kitchen with built-in stainless steel appliances. Monthly golf memberships or a 25% discount on golf available. Swamp Cooler and 2 heating & A/C units. Walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and local markets, drugstores, restaurants, and shops.

Live entertainment is a year-round event and there are plenty of theaters nearby. Costco and other major shops are also conveniently located.
