Lovely Vermont escape

My boyfriend and I stayed in this property twice and were very satisfied with it. It is very easy to locate off the highway and is in a very private location at the end of a long driveway surrounded by trees (one feels like they are going through a green tunnel when the leaves are on). It is very spacious inside and nicely laid out. While working at the kitchen area, you have a great view of the mountains . The walk up to the livingroom area is rather dramatic with the lovely dark cherry hardwood floors, the vaulted ceiling, bottom to top stone fireplace and large sliding windows looking out to a beautiful view. The washer and dryer just off the kitchen is a wonderful thing to have.
There are also plenty of bathrooms which is nice. The downstairs bedroom has it's own bathroom as well as it's own wood stove and sitting area. The bunkbeds in one room are suprizingly double sized and not twin which make them much more spacious to sleep in. The deck in back is a super addition for eating out on, weather permitting, as the gas grill is right there. The place is located close to a large grocery store and other conveniences. There are several small quaint towns in the area and nice restaurants as well as mountains/trails to be adventurous outdoors. We plan to try to stay here again when we go to Vermont.
