Well maintained beachfront condominium. End unit with vistas overlooking the Gulf from almost every room including the master suite, all offering breathtaking sunsets. Spacious screened-in lanai overlooking the Gulf and the private pool. A short stroll to municipal basketball, tennis, and shuffleboard courts as well as theaters, restaurants and shopping in quaint little Venice. A modest ride to miles of dedicated island bike paths that meander along the water. Walk the many miles of undisturbed beach and reward yourself by collecting shells, shark teeth and ocean treasures, enjoy a chat with the locals on the fishing jetty, or simply watch the common dolphin ballets.

Come relax and enjoy - you owe it to yourself.

NOTE: Condo Association requires a 3-Month MINIMUM Rental on this Unit.
About The Owner

We are two retired brothers who have inherited unit from parents - beautiful location and wonderful neighbors. The beach is the best along the Gulf - not crowded and perfect beach. We live in Midwest and travel extensively.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1994
Why The Owner chose Venice

Venice is on an island and has many things to do. Close to Sarasota (20 Miles) and Ft. Myers airports -easy travel. We love the water and being on the Gulf and watching the terrific sunsets is pure heaven. Lots of golf, shopping, and boating - marina is just down the way - walkable.

What makes this condo unique

You are right on the beach. When you walk out the door you have a private pool and a city park to the north - Private. A short walk North and you are at the Jetty and fabulous Crow's Nest restaurant - watch the boats and enjoy a terrific meal. A short walk South and you reach the Famous Sharkeys Bar and Grill with its Fishing Pier. A short Drive South you have Caspersen Beach Famous for its shark teeth. Golf is just a short drive - plenty of great courses. Marina is a short walk to Jetty.
