This is a level entry one bedroom suite on a quiet dead end street. Fully equiped kitchen, cable TV in the living room and WiFi, shared laundry facilities. All the comforts of home. Several walking trails surrounding the area, short distance to West Shore shopping district, movie theater, Bear Mountain Resort and Golf Course. Close to Royal Roads University and Juan De Fuca Recreation Centre, Bear Mountain Arena as well as Eagle Ridge and City Park Centre. Plenty of sight seeing in Down town Victoria only a short 35 minute drive (traffic depending). Many wineries in the Cowichan region makes for a fantastic day of wine tasting.

About Louise

Our family is growing and moving on and we are finding we have extra space in our home. We have 3 young adults, attending University. W prensently live on the property in the main living area with 2 of our children, our 3 cats and our little dog 'Simon'.

This is a lovely one bedroom suite in a quiet dead end street. Fully equiped kitchen, cable TV in the living room, WiFi, shared laundry facilities. All the comforts of home. Plenty of hiking trails, playground nearby, we are situated on a local transit route, the bus stop is a 10 minute walk, and close to all amenities. Also close to Royal Roads University, and Lester B Peason College.

Short 40minutes to down town Victoria, whale watching, the Empress Hotel, Parliament Building.
