It’s located on Summitridge Dr. in Beverly Hills, off Coldwater Canyon.

Amazing modern pad and fully furnished with new furniture and in pics looks like the SLS club. It has

3 bedrooms a large master bedroom and bathroom with great views, which is privately located on top floor, and the 2 other bedrooms are on bottom floor, so it allows for privacy and separation from guests. 4nice bathrooms. Just been fully remodeled by famous interior designer. Great views, private driveway and gated.. lots of parking! Very quiet area. No houses next to, below, or above!
