5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom, with Mountain Views

This is an updated 2,600-square foot brick home just south of the Salt Lake City downtown area. 20 minutes from city's center, yet it's right in the middle of the major attractions in the area, such as the ski resorts, Kennecott Mine, the Great Salt Lake, and Utah Lake.

The house is filled with antiques and items that we've collected in our travels around the world, NOT the same old particle-board stuff that you see in most of the other rentals. The back yard is enormous with a large deck, private hot tub, and a spacious garden area.

The kitchen is wide open to the living area so that large groups can spend time together without crowding into one room. The dining room has a large table and can seat up to 10 people. The driveway is huge and has a basketball net at one end. 2-car garage is available for use, along with available parking for boats and RVs. There is a supermarket nearby and the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances & utensils that you'll need during your stay.

About Daniel

Why Daniel chose Park Avenue

This was my sister's home for many years before she moved about a mile away. She let me keep most of the unique furniture and items in the house when she left, so we hope that you'll feel at home during your stay. She originally bought it because of its proximity to the mountains, downtown Salt Lake City, the major ski resorts, and it's secluded country feeling.

If you cancel 30+ days from the arrival date, you get a full refund of anything paid. If it's within 30 days of your arrival date, you get a full refund if we can re-rent it to someone else. Christmas time is 60 days.

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 children while we were on vacation and we absolutely loved it. It's in a great location and it's tastefully decorated. Daniel was a great host and was very helpful with telling us all about the different places to see and restaurants to eat at.

We were the first people to stay in this new-to-VRBO house and we were all delighted with it. It was newly renovated (every room painted, new everything) and they did a fantastic job. It was much larger than it looked in the photos and the neighborhood was very nice. We actually considered trying to buy this home from the owner, but we'll just have to come back every year and stay there. Definitely 5 stars!!
