Considered one of the sunniest places to live in the world....Beautiful home 4,000 sq. Ft. Many patios for privacy with your own beautiful deck with a incredible view! Spend the day at many beaches just 20 minutes away...Boogie board, surf, build sand castles or kayak. In the evening enjoy fine dining in town at one of the many excellent restaurants.

Just 15-40 minutes away is Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Legoland and the Wild Animal Park. Balboa park is filled with museums and plays. Shopping at Horton plaza located in the 'gas lamp district' is 20 minutes away. Shop in downtown La Jolla, just a 25 minute drive. This is a vacation spot of a lifetime.
