On the bank of Mission Creek, it is surrounded by a garden of ferns, coastal live oak trees, and redwoods. Next door to the Santa Barbara Botanic Gardens, it is within walking distance to several hiking and bike trails and five minutes to numerous historic and cultural attractions such as the Old Mission (Queen of the Missions), Museum of Natural History, and others. The renound beaches of Santa Barbara are only a 15 minute drive. Wine country in the Santa Ynez Valley is only a scenic 30 minute drive over the picturesque San Marcos Pass Road.

Enjoy an afternoon barbeque on the patio, morning strolls through its garden and koi pond and the adjacent Santa Barbara Botanic Garden. View the beautiful garden below from the private patio off of the mater bedroom on the second floor. The home is adjacent to a three acre private garden (not included) that can be rented for activities such as reunions, retreats, or family gatherings.
Beginning December 15, an adjacent connecting studio apartment (granney suite) will be available for $75/person/night. This apartment comes with a queen bed, connecting bathroom with tub/shower, limited kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. It has a seperate entrance and off street parking.
