4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with mountain views

4 bedroom townhouse on three levels. Two bedrooms with queen size beds; two bedrooms with two single beds. Washer, dryer, fireplace, cable TV, tennis court, sports club, spectacular view of Mt. Washington, shuttle bus available back and forth to Mt. Washington Hotel.

Why Mike or Lorraine Lucas chose Bretton Woods

We bought our Bretton Woods property because we fell in love with the area during a weekend visit to my daughter who owns a unit three units down from ours. My wife always wanted to learn to ski and has been taking trips to the condo each year with her sisters, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. I can't go during ski season because the time is roughly the same as income tax season in my accounting practice. I get to enjoy the other three seasons.

What makes this condo unique

We're so close to the Mount Washington Hotel-a five minute ride. We enjoy just sitting in the lobbyor sitting in one of the lounges in this historic building. I also enjoy seeing the trains travel between North Conway and Bretton Woods along the mountain, or going to see the historic Cog Railway which takes you to the top of Mount Washington. The hotel offers an indoor pool which is great for kids and adults as well.

The property is located in the midst of the Bretton Woods Ski area. It is in one of the higher end condo developments. It is less than one mile from the historic Mount Washington Hotel which was built in 1903. The hotel offers skiing, cross sountry skiing, four restaurants, gift shops, three lounges, a lounge with local musical entertainment and a close proximity to North Conway with its many discount outlets.
