Located in the most unique architectural luxury condo building in Playa, this condo is a renter's heaven. Close enough to walk to all attractions. 200 paces in one direction will take you to the white sand of Coco beach while 200 paces in the other direction will have you at 5th Ave, a 1.5 mile long stretch of hip spots: Stores, clubs, bars, restaurants and coffee shops and a casino.

Heliko is a gated condominium with 24hr Security, with only 24 units, making it an exclusive, quiet, relaxing choice for the perfect getaway.

An elevator makes it easy to access with luggage and groceries and will also take you to the roof-top pool and hot tub where you will be able to relax on lounge chairs.

The condo is beautifully decorated: Marble floors and bathrooms, granite top kitchen counters, comfortable mattresses, Wi-Fi Internet access, colorful kitchen dishes and utensils.

3 separate air condition units make sure the temperature is always comfortable: One unit in the living room and one in each bedroom.

Bar stools at the kitchen island make the perfect seating for a quick breakfast for 2 while the marble dining table seats 8.

The living room features Italian leather furniture, an L-shaped sofa and a comfortable high-back armchair, as well as a 42” HDTV with cable service and a Blu-Ray player.

You’ll also find a guide to attractions and the best dining in Playa.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed while the guest room bed could easily be set-up as a king size or two twin beds (our maids will set the beds up to your specs prior to your arrival).

The beach features a Beach Club, restaurant & bar, as well as a sea-doo rental and massage tents.

The condo is equipped with 4 beach chairs, a zero-gravity chair and a large beach umbrella which could all be mounted on a large cooler-on-wheels and wheeled to the beach.

My wife and I visited Playa del Carmen on a recent trip to Cancun and decided to return to Playa to look at a real estate investment. We wanted to stay in the Coco Beach area and found Heliko and this property. The location is great in that it is close enough to Fifth Avenue to be there in a minute but far enough away that you can have peace and quiet if desired.

Everything is new and the Heliko building is beautifully architected. The rooftop has an exceptional view and we enjoyed having wine and watching the sunset there.

The owner, Niv, is extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Highly recommended!!!

Condo is exactly as described and photgraphed. It is nicely decorated and everything is of high quality. It's in an excellent location close to beach, restaurants and shopping, but in a safe and quiet area...perfect!

This is the place to stay in Playa del Carmen. It is clean and comfortable. It has everything you need to make your vacation the best ever. Very safe, Great for a family or couples. It is within walking distance of the beach or town. Do not think twice! This is the best location. Everyone is very helpful! I will be staying here again. My girlfriend and I did a girls get away and could not have gotten a better place to stay.

Perfect place for a family

Went on vacation before Christmas with my wife and 2 ages 12 and 10 kids. We wanted to take a condo so we will have space for the kids to watch TV and that we can cook dinner and not have to eat out every night.
This condo was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms, living room, 3 bath, all new and clean. The location near the beach saved us money. We took food with us and just walked there.
The building is nice, new, clean and make our stay a real fun. We will defiantly take this condo again on our next vacation there.

Luxury accommodations!

We stayed here for 25 days. We have stayed in various rental condos, but this one is on a league of its own. Great decor, lots of storage space, lots of shelves for all the toiletries, and place to hang your clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped, not just a few plates and cutlery!!! Great beach chairs and a parasol you can take to the beach are at your disposal, which really came in handy. The condo is very clean and so is the entire complex. Its within walking distance to everything, be it the beach, restaurants, shops...yet very quiet!!
Bottom line, everything was perfect!!!
