Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible Bed in lanai, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-5)

This beautiful fully furnished 1347sq.ft. 1st floor 2BR/2BA tastefully decorated condo is located on the widest portion of the Rubicon Canal in the SE section of Cape Coral only a short walk to restaurants & shopping on Cape Coral Pkwy. 2.1 miles to Yacht Club Park/Beach and 12-15 miles to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The unit has covered parking for 1 car and has additional parking for 1 car. The screen & glass door lanai is only a few steps from the heated pool and few more steps to the boat dock area. The master suite has access to the lanai with view and features a king bed, TV and private full bath. Guest BR consists of double bed with large closet and TV. Washer and Dryer in unit, Electric, Water and Cable included.

This is a MINIMUM 3 month rental. Longer stays welcome and negotiable. Peak season Jan 1 - Mar 31 is $6,900 for the season + 11% tax, which equates to $76.69 per night. Off-peak is $1,800 + 11% tax per month, or $5,400 for 3 months. Phone calls to discuss rates are highly encouraged.

Our primary residence and job responsibilities are located in the Tampa area. Since we are unable to utilize the property full time at this time in our careers we offer the rental availibility.
