Elegant and modern apartment with roof terrace. Spacious and comfortable.

Our beautiful 90 m2 apartment, is very comfortable and ideal for groups. Located right next to Las Ramblas and near the beach; right next all the “must see” places in the Gothic Quarter. It also has a lovely roof terrace with a chill out zone including sun beds and showers. Camera security within the building.

WALKING ACCESS: a few meters away from Las Ramblas as well as many restaurants and cafes // 8 minutes to the main shopping street “Passeig de Graçia” (brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, etc) and Plaça Catalunya// 15 minutes to Barceloneta beach.

BY METRO: 1 stop to Barceloneta beach // 2 stops to the Olympic Villa, Passeig de Graçia and Plaça Catalunya// 5 stops to Sagrada Familia // 6 stops to Parc Guell // 7 stops to Montjuic

This building is located in the heart of Barcelona, the city centre. A favorite amongst both locals and tourists!

Only steps away from Las Ramblas, the coolest bars, restaurants, museums, a shopping mall (Maremagnum), The Old Port of Barcelona, Barceloneta beach… A better location is impossible to find!

It is an exclusive apartment located at Ciutat Vella, 50m away from Las Ramblas. It has been recently refurbished and it is located on the third floor of a XIX century building with elevator. . The 90m2 apartment has three big double bedrooms, one of them being a suite. There is one bathrooms and one toilet in the main room. The 30m2 kitchen-dining-living room has a small balcony from where you can see the quiet street.

Trés agréable appartement particulièrement bien situé dans le centre de Barcelone. Accés à la clef à l'arrivée trés simple. Paiement par carte banquaire possible et bien pratique.
