Come relax at this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath home its right on the water with fountain and Mountain views. This pet friendly home is in short walking distance to throw the ball for your dog. Fish off the dock, BBQ in the back yard or just relax on a lounge chair.
About Laura

We have several other homes that we like to spend time at so why not rent them we have a cabin up north in the pines a two hour drive North just outside of Flagstaff its only an hour from the Grand Canyon. We also have a condo on the ocean just a 4 hour drive south in Puerto Penasco Mexico you can bet we will be at one of these three beautiful places.

This house is located in the Best Part of Metro Phoenix its on the water with mountain views. Lots to do in the area Hiking, biking, Eating, Shopping, Golfing you name its close by.

This home is located in a prime location on the lake close to the freeway every store and restaurant is down the road in the Arrowhead mall area. You can walk to the Thunderbird Mountain Preserve it is full of hiking trails and the wild bird sanctuary. Your just a short drive to the spring training center and the football stadium.

My Mom and I stayed here for five days while visiting my oldest Son and his family, who live in the area. This is a beautiful home and just right for us. My Mom spent every morning sitting on the dock reading and feeding bread crumbs to the ducks and geese. The kitchen is very well equipped (better than my own) and comes with full use of standard condiments on hand in the fridge and cabinets (so you don't have to go to the store to get the basics). Everything is top notch and seems brand new! We will definitely stay here again if the calendar is open.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

After a very hectic conference in Phoenix, I extended my stay to visit family. My intention was to get away from the hotel atmosphere. This home definitely filled the bill. Not only was the home exquisitely furnished, the peacefulness of the lake (and a boat dock for a better view) with the mountain as a back drop is much more than you'll get from a hotel room. This home was clean and very well maintained.
The photos in the listing accurately reflect the home's appearance. The owner was very helpful and responsive. I have already recommended this rental to friends and family and plan to request this property the next time I visit Arizona.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car
