This Architectural Digest home, designed by a well known local architect, will take your breath away when you first drive up its private street. This home is perfectly located for privacy and views of the ocean and city lights. It is a scenic walk (20min)

to PCH to enjoy all the amenities one would expect to find... A Tommy Bahama restaurant (and many other fine restaurants), fabulous shopping and of course world famous Main Beach. During the summer there is a free trolley to take you all the way to the Ritz Carlton and back. Along the way you may enjoy all the beautiful beaches Laguna has to offer and you will pass the Montage Resort and Spa as well. If hiking is your thing you can leave the home and make a left onto Park Ave and follow it up to Top of the World. These views and pristine natural settings are to die for.

After you have explored Laguna , this house allows you to relax and enjoy to cook in a chef's kitchen, that includes Viking stove, Bosch dishwasher ,built in Miele espresso maker and a Sub Zero fridge.

The home was professionally decorated, no expense was sparred and it has original artwork from DeBilzan and other artists. It is a California dream ...

All flat screen Tv's are new and every room has an ihome . The jack and jill room has a bunk bed on one side and a queen bed on the other. The downstairs room has a queen bed as well. Perfect House in the Perfect Location!

This was the perfect home for our family of 5! The open floor plan allows everyone to be together whether you are cooking in the kitchen, watching tv in the living room or having a snack at the dining room table. My kids utilized the bar stools everyday for breakfast. They loved the bunk beds and my older daugther appreciated how cute her bedroom was decorated. The adults enjoyed the decks at sunset, the bbq and the pool table. I loved the fireplace in the master bedroom and waking up to ocean views! My parents came for a night and they had their own private bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The whole house is beauifully decorated! We also loved how close you are to downtown Laguna where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from and the beach across the street. It truly is the perfect house in the perfect location!

Arrived at night so couldn't appreciate the views right away but the house itself was stunning- worthy of a magazine spread. Open and airy plan with multiple levels. Beautiful wood and lots of glass- to see down a charming canyon with gardens below and the blue ocean beyond. Decks on two levels: Great for relaxing- very quiet location at the end of a lane- no traffic, no street noise. Master Br with fireplace though we did not use it and a very quiet lower Br if someone wanted more privacy. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed. Tasteful mix of old and new inside with an big antique pool table in a modern library upstairs- again with looks to the Pacific. About a 10 minute walk down to the center of Laguna- past lots of well-tended gardens and you're near lots of shops, restaurants and galleries and the main beach is right there. The Pageant of the Masters in the summer is also nearby and there is a shuttle to other locations down Hwy 101. We found the house more impressive than pictures and an ideal base. After exploring the many sights of this famed corner of So Cal, it was very nice to return to the cool and quiet of this hillside stunner. What a find- I'll be back!

The home is beautiful, a wonderful open floor plan with plenty of natural light. With two incredible balconies, you won't want to miss the sunrise or sunset over the ocean and canyon. The best part is that it is tucked away on a quiet cul de sac, but just as easily walkable to all that Laguna has to offer--from great art, theater and boutiques to bars, shops and the beach. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!
