A stone-built mansion established in 1865. Under preservation being the most interesting architectural building in the area. A 2 stories mansion with 2 large bedroom-suites with TFT TVs DVD SAT/cable and sitting amenities. A large fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a balcony over the garden view. A designer decorated shower bathroom and a 60 m2 big internal yard with orange-lemon treed and high stone built walls surrounded away from all the noise and unwanted curiosity. Also a private in the property parking area within a garden of 200 m2 tree planted garden. All the furniture has been selected according to the architectural origin of this preservable mansion, of the early 20th century Greek art nouveau). Ideal for art lovers and especially for those who want to have an exceptionally private holiday with their friends or family, very centrally located, yet very private and away from it all.

Traditional Greek village with ancient roots. Preserved stone built houses of excellent architectural interest. Fantastic sandy and rocky beaches, a little fisher's harbour. Great starting point for excursions throughout Chalkidiki peninsula, to Thessaloniki, ancient Vergina excavations, winery of Tsantali and Porto Carras, pre-historical cave of Petralona, monasteries of Mount Athos and Meteora.

  • The prices above refer to 2 persons per week in the mansion. Every person further is charged with 14,00 Euros additional per day/night. There is also a damage deposit of 300 Euros. Included in the price are: electricity and water consumption, bed linen and towels for indoor use changed every four days. Beach/pool towels are not included. The use of the nearby pool is free of charge. We gladly help you with car/moped rentals. Terms of payment: 30% for the confirmation of the reservation via our bank account. Rest 70% has to be in our bank account 30 days before guest arrival. Please ask about our cancelation policy. Pets (1 only) are charged extra upon agreement.
