This gorgeous property sits on top of a mountain in Westlake hills overlooking hill country owned by the Dell Family. It is a 3 story house with 13 ft. ceilings. It has 8-twin, 3-King beds. 2 Full size couches. It can dine 11 people indoors and 9 outdoors. The property also has a total of 4 outdoor gathering areas. There is a 18' foot diameter pool, grill and fireplace. The property has a brand new 55 inch widescreen TV. The TV room has 2 full size couches, two lounge chairs, three stools, 8 other chairs. Great for sporting TV events. The property is only

10 minutes from Downtown.

Perfect house for a group visiting for the first time or, like us, a bunch of Texas Exes coming back to relive our glory days in Austin, TX. It has an AMAZING view that makes you feel like you're out in the middle of the hill country yet you are just minutes away from downtown. Truly best of both worlds! Plenty of space for relaxing in the main room, TVs on all 3 levels, balconies/patios on all three levels and enough beds to sleep our whole party comfortably. Sam was extremely responsive and professional both as we were reserving the house and after we arrived making sure everything was just right. We searched all the sites and when you factor in the GREAT HOUSE, AWESOME LOCATION and LOW PRICE there's just no comparison.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Good times in Austin

We stayed here for my brother's bachelor party and had a great time. There were 10 of us, and we all fit comfortably at the house. Sam, the property landlord, did a great job of staying on top of all the requests that we had throughout the weekend and was always conscientious and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Everyone particularly enjoyed the common room, it had lots of space and plenty of furniture so everyone could stretch out. It was a pleasure to stay here, I would definitely stay at any of Sam's properties again.
