The relaxing surroundings provide you with the perfect way to relax and unwind. Approached by a private drive through its own olive grove, Villa Sigalia is a perfect island retreat. The accommodation comprises villa with beautifully furnished interiors opening on to wide sun and shade terraces with its own private gardens and swimming pool. The villa sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. . Accommodation includes a large fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons. Utility area with washing machine and ironing facilities. A large open plan living area with entertainment system. The large patio area allows everyone to eat outside in sun or shade! The northern part of Zakynthos is unspoiled beauty where you are one with nature. 10 min from village Volimes with bakers, small shops, selling basics & family run tavernas.The famous ship wreck is close & can be seen from cliff top or by local boat trips from Aghios Nicholas. There are many small coves nearby perfect for snorkeling. The coast road has many good family run tavernas with local fresh fish.Also close by 10 min drive is the beautiful cove of Xigia with its healing sulpher springs. Closest resort is Alikes 10km with sandy beach shops & supermarkets.

Description of the main Villa: The main entrance door is a spacious open plan living area. This comprises dining area, integrated kitchen with modern appliances. The large sitting room with a beautiful fireplace is great for entertaining with TV/cable channels/video/CD/radio music system or relaxing on the large L shape comfortable sofa. A utility area with a back door leading out of the kitchen and a side door on to the BBQ area. The stairway leading to the upper floor: Master bedroom is beautifully furnished and consists of a double bed featuring a dressing table area with hairdryer and full length mirror and double wardrobes. Doors open on to balconies with panoramic views over the sea. Second bedroom with twin beds, wardrobes and dressing table. Also with a door to a smaller balcony, overlooking the garden. Bathroom with well designed shower area, wash basin and toilet.

The outside: The beauty of the garden with so many places to sit and relax or wander through the ancient olive trees and enjoy the tranquility. The established fruit and nut trees supply plenty of shade on a hot day and the beautiful lighting makes the garden a magical place to be at night. The trees provide olives to this day which the owner harvest every November and a sample will be provided for guests to enjoy.

My perfect villa holiday home

We have stayed in my villa's over the years but I have to say this is one of the best. The property was very clean and well maintained and the owners couldn't not have been more helpful,in fact they could not do enough for us. The fish they bought for our BBQ was amazing and we spent most evenings outdoors under that huge olive tree in the BBQ area.
We went to the lovely St Nickolas for lunch a few times which was great and the drives through the mountains to see the ship wreck was amazing as the views were great been so high up.
The turtle beach to the south was another highlight.
Most of all it was the peace and quite at the villa that made it for us.
We will definitely be going back.
