One Bedroom, One Bath with all the amenities

This is a quiet 16 unit condo complex on the bay side which is primarily owner occupied. This condo is in a great location which is one block from the main strip, two blocks from the beach and near the entertainment district. The area is secluded from noise and traffic

you will enjoy the tranquility that comes with property. Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the unit. Sorry, no pets allowed.

This unit will sleep six. One bedroom queen size bed with large closet. One bath. Bunk beds and a full size sofa sleeper in living room. Nice kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances. All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. All linens and towels are provided for condo.(Please bring beach towels). Stackable washer and dryer. Dining table and bar area with bar stools. TV with cable. Complex has a remodeled swimming pool in center. Community barbacue pit and picnic table.
