Villas Emmy and Nansy are located in the village of Katomeri in Meganisi. The villas were built in 2006, have been decorated and furnished in order to offer comfort and luxury, offering a magnificent view in the sea. Distance to the coasts or beaches are really eliminated in Meganisi and you can be there within 5 to 10 minutes by driving, or you can be to the nearest beach 10 minutes by walking. All necessities -tavernas, super market, bakery-find 300 metres away from the villas. The villas Emmy and Nansy are identical, whether you choose Emmy or Nansy you are sure to enjoy this fabulous location.

Ground floor- There is a living room, dining room, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a sofa which opens into a bed, on which two children or an adult can sleep. A staircase leads to the first floor. 1st floor- Two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the second bedroom two single beds. Both rooms have a balcony from where you enjoy the beautiful view of the sea. Outside- Each villa has its own swimming pool and separate outer space lined with stone and flower beds. They ‘re also got a table, armchairs, sun umbrellas and pergola. The view from swimming pools and balconies is breath taking. Services- Both villas are air-conditioned. The kitchens are fully equipped with electrical appliances (fridge, cooker, microwave oven, dish washer, washing machine etc) and also a hair drier and iron are provided.

The island of Meganisi is located4 nautical miles from Lefkas. It has in area of 19,85 square kilometres and a population of 2000. Meganisi belongs to the province of Lefkas and has three villages Katomeri, Vathi, Spartochori. There is a ferry - boat connection-within 20 minutes-and regular connection from Nydri (Lefkas island) to Meganisi. During the ferry-boat trip that lasts 25 minutes, the visitors can enjoy the breathtaking view to the many islands scattered around Meganisi such as Madouri with the old family house of the Greek poet Valaoritis and the island of Skorpios, still owned by the famous Onassis family. The island, overwhelmed by many local and foreign visitors every year.The traditional architecture, the hospitable residents, the quite life, the picturesque bays, with the splendid view and the crystal waters, create an ideal place for the summer holidays.

Our stay in the Villa Nansy last summer was excellent. The owner and her family were incredibly welcoming and very friendly, to the extent my six year old daughter entertained them with her dancing and jokes one afternoon! The place was very clean and well maintained, sheets being changed twice a week. The views were spectacular and the food in the restaurants very tasty. It was a memorable holiday and more importantly incredibly relaxing. We all spent are time relaxing by the pool and enjoying days out. I would not hesitate in recommending these properties and the lovely family that own them. Thank you.

Very beautiful holiday in Nancy Villa

I was very happy to stay in Nancy Villas. The villa is very nice, confortable, clean and well maintained; the swimming pool was always clean and perfect for moment of relax or to play with my childrens. The owner was very very kindly and always ready to give me any kind of service or information about Meganisi, seaside, restaurants and so on. Thank you Nancy Villa!
