PGA West is the home of six championship golf courses with access to three public courses. Located on the sweeping 8th fairway of the PGA Stadium course, with access to the newly renovated clubhouse offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Santa Rosa Mountains are the backdrop for this lovely home. Inside, huge expanses of windows look out to the mountains and golf course. Tall ceilings and huge windows bring the desert beauty into the home.

Walk thru the garden courtyard entry and into the gorgeous, high ceiling foyer. The living room includes a wet bar and fireplace with the formal dining room opening to the living room. Dining room and living room windows have views of the golf course and mountains. The interior reflects the casually elegant life style of the area. There are three en suite bedrooms, all professionally decorated. The master suite with cathedral ceilings includes an oversize walk in closet and custom window coverings with black out liners. The also has a golf course/mountain view and is adjacent to the large, well equipped, kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, custom granite counters and cabinets

PGA West is a gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds. Tree shaded cart paths take you by waterfalls, streams and sweeping expanses of world class golf holes. Guests may play the course. The pool and Jacuzzi are located 20 feet from the patio, ready for that quick, refreshing, dip. The main covered patio off the family room and living room is perfect for watching the sunset over the mountains or having an afternoon cocktail. A large built-in BBQ makes grilling dinner a breeze.

The photos accurately showcase this beautiful home. Beds are comfortable, even Murphy beds in 3rd bedroom are suitable for adults. Each BR has own bath. Beautiful views from patio. The home is situated at middle of fairway, so good view for most player's second shots if you like to watch golf. The community pool next door was convenient and usually vacant. Would highly recommend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is very well decorated and comfortable. The view of the mountains is great. A great place for two couples or family needing three bedrooms.

High end golf course fairway home

Used property for overflow guests at my PGA West home (Mainly for sleeping and showering during the Humana PGA Golf Tour event in January). Social gathering, eating, TV, and partys etc. were all at my permanent home nearby. This is a very classy, well decorated home on the 5th fairway of the Nicklaus Tournament golf course. Has one very large master (King bed) bedroom and another good size bedroom/bathroom with 2 twin size beds plus another very small room with a sofa convertible bed.

The view to the west toward the course and mountains is great and the amenities and decor in all of the other rooms is outstanding. The 3rd bedroom has been converted into a large "family room" with a bathroom and a large TV.

I would recommend it highly if the 2 bedrooms with bathrooms is adequate since others will be on a small sofa bed or air mattresses and sleeping bags.

One of the owners,Carol, was very helpful and cooperative and my friends who stayed there during the week of the tournament enjoyed it.
